Our flagship pie here at Papa C’s and straight from my Grandma Elsie Mae’s recipe. We use tart granny smith apples combined with our sugary cinnamon spice mix in our handmade light and flaky pie crust!
Apple Pie Ingredients: Apples, unbleached flour (wheat flour, malted barley flour, niacin, reduced iron, thiamine mononitrate, riboflavin, folic acid), sugar, vegetable shortening, unsalted butter, corn starch, spices, lemon juice, salt, pasteurized eggs.
